Part 2
Last time, we talked about affirmations otherwise called confessions as a tool used to manifest your heart’s desires.
Now, let’s say you’ve written down your specific tailor-made affirmations, what do you do next?
I’ll tell you what I do that works wonderfully for me.
I sit up in bed or on a chair in a quiet room.
Usually, I put on some pleasing, relaxing, non-distracting music.
Then I breathe in and out a few times.
Once I feel relaxed, I start to say an affirmation over and over again, about five to twenty times.
I say it with feeling and with a smile on my face, as loud as I feel comfortable with.
With a new affirmation I read it either from my mobile device or my notepad but with a familiar one that I know from memory,
I close my eyes as I repeat the words over and over again.
I’m telling you what works for me.
You don’t have to have music playing in the background but I highly recommend it.
You can also repeat your affirmations while you’re lying in bed.
The key is … to inject feeling into every word.
Don’t just repeat the words mechanically.
Sometimes I dance while saying my affirmations.
Do whatever works for you, as long as you can feel the words.
Try to say your affirmations at least twice a day (morning and night) and up to four or five times a day.
Be consistent with repeating your affirmations until it manifests.
And it won’t be long before it manifests, I promise you.
Next time, we’ll discuss another way to convince yourself that you have what you desire.
Till then, stay lit.
